Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. During sales and the holiday season it can take a little longer, and we will let you know if your order is running behind.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. We run free shipping promotions from time to time, and when one is running the current threshold is shown in your cart.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes another 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. We email you tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double check your address at checkout. Once a package is on its way we cannot reroute it, and we are not able to replace an order that was delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, email office@freedomunitedsalon.com within 7 days and we will help you sort it out.
